At UptimeTick, we attach great importance to the privacy and security of our users. When you want to delete your account, we share the necessary steps to make the process quick and easy.

Steps to Delete Your Account

If you want to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account: You can start the account deletion process by logging in to your UptimeTick account.
  2. Open the Account Menu: After logging in to your account, access your account settings by clicking on the account menu on the far right of the screen.
  3. Select the Account Deletion Option: Click on the "Account Deletion" option from the Account menu. This option will take you to the page that will direct you to permanently delete your account.
  4. Account Deletion Confirmation: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account. This action is irreversible and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
  5. Deletion of your account: Once you confirm your account deletion request, your data and account will be permanently deleted from our system.

Important Information

Once you have deleted your account, it will not be possible to retrieve your data. Please make sure to back up all your data before performing this action.
